Terms & Conditions

These terms outline the rules and regulations for booking services with Sai Pranay Enterprises. By scheduling a repair visit through our website or via call/WhatsApp, you agree to these conditions.

1. Inspection Fees & Pricing

• A mandatory inspection charge (currently ₹199, subject to area limits) applies when our technician visits your premises, even if you decide not to proceed with the final repair.
• If you approve the repair/service quote, the final billed amount will include the repair and spare part costs.
• We strive to offer exact fixed-quotes prior to beginning major repairs. No hidden charges will be applied once a quote is approved.

2. Warranty on Spare Parts

• Warranty is applicable only on new, replacement spare parts (e.g., Motors, PCB Boards) as specified on your invoice.
• Basic cleaning, chemical wash services, and regular tune-ups do not carry a long-term operational warranty unless specified in writing by the technician.
• The warranty becomes void if the appliance is handled or opened by any third-party or unauthorized local mechanic after our service.

3. Delays & Availability

We try our best to honor "Same Day Dispatch." However, unexpected traffic conditions in Hyderabad, technician availability, or lack of OEM factory spare parts may cause scheduling delays. In such cases, you will be notified promptly.

4. Liability

Sai Pranay Enterprises technicians handle all appliances with the utmost care. However, we cannot be held responsible for fragile plastic parts, aged brackets, or degraded wiring that break naturally during the dismantling and repairing process due to extreme wear and tear or aging of the machine.

5. Governing Law

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
